What the social system observes
It may read publicly available posts that match narrow product-problem searches, public replies or mentions directed to Cero Studios, and aggregate performance of Cero Studios posts. A public post is treated only as evidence of a conversation—not as proof of identity, purchase intent, an app install, or revenue.
What we do not automate
- No direct-message collection or automated DMs.
- No unsolicited automated replies, likes, follows, or engagement farming.
- No account creation, fabricated people, fake testimonials, or invented customer results.
- No storage of sensitive payroll documents, email addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, or payment information from social posts.
Retention and security
Selected public evidence and aggregate metrics may be retained locally to evaluate product education and content experiments. Sensitive-looking posts are suppressed or redacted. API credentials are held in the operating system credential store and are not written into content or analytics files.
Measurement truth
Social views, clicks, or profile visits are not labeled as installs or purchases. Apple App Store Connect and Google Play financial reporting remain the final revenue records for their respective stores. Missing or delayed data is reported as unavailable, not zero.
